Our cheeses are elaborated in an artisan way. They are 100% natural with sheep´s raw milk from our own livestock.

They are made under careful production processes: natural rennet in small quantities, rotary brine and finally a drying combined with our natural drying room in an underground cave.

We can affirm that all our products exceed the quality standards and give to all who taste them a unique sensation of flavours and aromas that make Arteso cheeses special.

CAVE CHEESE

Made with raw selected milk coming from our livestock. Cured through combined drying: 6 months in our modern facilities and 4 months of artisan curing as per the tradition of the area in an underground cave.
